Boring Books Return & Refund Policy

At Boring Books LLC, every book is made just for you, based on your custom selections and personalization details. Because our products are unique and created to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been approved for production.

 


 

1. Personalized Orders

 

  • All of our books are custom-made to order, using the details you provide at checkout.

  • You will receive a PDF proof of your book before it is printed.

  • Please review your proof carefully — check all names, dates, images, and details.

  • Once you approve your proof, your order is final and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

 


 

2. Incorrect or Damaged Items

 

We want you to love your book. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping:

  1. Contact us at amy@boringbooks.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

  3. We will review the case and, if approved, arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

 


 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Any item that has been approved for production.

  • Any item with errors or omissions that were present in the approved proof.

  • Items damaged by the customer after delivery.

 


 

4. Order Cancellations

 

  • Orders may be canceled only before a proof has been created.

  • Once we begin work on your personalized proof, the order is considered in progress and is non-refundable.

 


 

5. Shipping Issues


We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes for international orders.
